Executive Summary

Problem Statement

Customers always tend to try something new and trendy products along with the comfort it provides them, but not all business focus on multiple need and wants expected by the customer. They often go to different store that rarely satisfied their requirement of fashion and styles. Moreover, some of our feminine customers have expressed a need for a trendy yet affordable apparel to own, a product similar (in categories) like we do. For better service and to satisfy our existing customers’ needs and wants, we need to establish a variety of products that suits their style and needs.  

Solution, objective, and market target

As a new, innovative business approach, we provide a solution and presumably a new way for our targeted customers to fulfill their desired styles or wants, with a cheaper, yet maintain a good quality and comfort for them. With 10% cheaper products than they usually bought, we provide a variety of choice for them to choose. So far, we can only produce (by dropshipping) 4 main products for our targeted customers, but we manage to cover apparel type products, healthy skincare products also some tasteful snacks for them to try and enjoy.

Our objective is simple and direct. As a new business trying its luck in the vast marketing by providing the listed objective:

                1. To provide an affordable yet high in quality and benefits to our targeted customers

                2. To solve the lack of satisfaction and to encourage customer support local products.

                3. Offer a variety of choice that fits customers’ needs and wants.

                4.  Increase sales revenue and profitability

Our primary market target is the women in Malaysia, because we predominantly sold feminine type products, but we also openly targeted the citizen within Malaysia as our product are well suited for all people regardless of gender, race and age.

Company Information

Pair with six young entrepreneurs to accomplish this business ideas, we name our company DailyDose.os as we regularly “injected” promotional sales and high-quality local products for our customers. Inspired from a youtuber and entrepreneur, we follow his track to this vast world name business. This newly developed store also available in various channel that are easy to reach by customers, namely in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and we are progressing in Shoppe too (in the future).

Products

So far, we provide four (4) main products for our customers, that is our Yenz Apparel from YenzExclusiveApparel, that offer more than 20 designs of trendy and gorgeous shirt, also we provide NZ Crunches Popiah from NZ Crunches with 5 flavor to try. We also introduced our newly design Bawal Scarf for Muslimah who want a good quality scarf and feel comfortable without any irritation on their scalp.

Competitive edge

Our product surely has a lot of competition, but currently, we are the only entrepreneur that has large scale of area, that cover a major area in rural area of Sarawak. With this advantage we can promote our products to those who are not aware of our competitor’s products. We also gain new approaches of promoting from MPU3222 course.

Financial Revenue

Financially we managed to reach RM375 gross profits within November 2021, at the end of December our overall gross profits reach RM427. In four months’ time, we accumulate a total amount of RM617 overall gross profits.
