We provide a hyperlink to every channel we had as we usually use FB, WS and IG, to deliver our products to customers, for example, whenever a customers buy any of our products, at the end of every conversation we provide a hyperlink to encourage them to skim along with our catalogue in our channel for their next purchase.   for business to business. With this, our customers can set their product of choice or presumably book any of it from us later on.

Key Resources

Physical Resources 

For a physical resource, we need a ready stock product so we can deal with our customers faster and it is convenient to be that way,

 

 We also need a mobile phone or laptop, along with the favourable courier in Malaysia Poslaju or JnT.

 

finances  Resources 

For financial resources, our selected products are purchased by each member of our group but also we often received financial aid and support by parental contribution,

 

For transportation, we used a car or motorcycle for short distances delivery so our customer can receive their ordered items in a faster way possible.

Key Activities

Our main activities are meant to attract customer attention, we make sure our activities are not futile. Our activities are as below

1. We make a store logo,

2. Restock products from suppliers for each booking items by the customers,

3. We also promote and post a hard sell and soft sell concepts to attract attention from the customer to buy our products.

4. We do delivery and postage whenever we got an order,

5. Weekly, we make a group discussion for a better outcome, to improve qualities and services to the customers.

6. We seek feedback from the customer to post in our channels, as this will encourage other customers to buy our products.

Our partner is among ourselves but in order to get a bigger audience, we also partnered with different entrepreneurs, such as the Yenz Exclusive Apparel, eterealocalstore.os and from agent Indut and agent FaratulSafira. This entrepreneur has high values from their experiences and services, and this will affect our targeted customers to believe in the genuineness of our products

Cost Structure

Weekly we calculate our revenue to pay for the promotional cost, the shipping fees whenever our customers required shipment services, we also use the advertisement approaches provided by Instagram and Facebook to reach a bigger audience. In some cases whenever we cannot deliver our product so we hire a rider and we must pay delivery fees.

Revenue Stream

For the revenue stream, we gain profits from two types of cost namely the fixed cost and the variable cost.

Fixed Cost

We gain profits from the sales of our products, this includes the four main categories. We also get a discounted price when we restock our products from our supplier this is counted as fixed revenue it is similar for those who got a cashback from every item they purchase as for us, we got cashback for every item we restock but we must follow Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ) set by the supplier to be able to enjoy this benefits. 

 

variable cost

We gain revenue from every delivery and shipment fee as this is different from a customer to another, we also gain income from the pre-order money whenever our customers tend to book their item, but this is different from one product to another. We usually gain RM2  to RM4 depending on how much the item is booked by the customers.
